Steps Required for Short Sale Assistance

1. Property must qualify for representation by US Loan Solutions LLC.

2. Documents must be collected and submitted to US Loan Solutions LLC.

3. Authorization, Purchase and Sale, Disclosures, and all other documentation must be signed and returned to
US Loan Solutions LLC.

4. Property must be listed by a licensed real estate professional after the first three steps have been completed.
