Dear US Loan Solutions
I am VERY sincere. We have been living out of boxes for the last 10.5 months waiting for the foreclosure hammer to drop at any time. I can't remember how many times we submitted loan modification paperwork to ASC just to be denied, again and again... I contacted Senators, Representatives, Chairman of the Board of Wells Fargo, emailed the President, etc. We contacted local agencies that are "suppose" to help, but all to no avail. We had no where else to turn when we contacted you. It was mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually draining. FINALLY, after 10.5 months of stress and uncertainty, we have our loan modification. I have no doubt if we had not contacted your company and had it not been for your hard work on our behalf, we would be a family of six in a three bedroom apartment somewhere. This company is the REAL deal!
